Hi Lisa i have just posted on a thread on mumsnet that you were on asking for some example social stories you use. If you can send me a couple of examples it would be great.

DD just had official diagnosis last week of Aspergers and things are hard at the minute. She's not sleeping (awake and up from 3.00 or 4.00am every day), toileting is horrendous (never been toilet trained as yet) and general defiance and oppositional quite high.

Anything you can send would be greatly appreciated as I might be able to use them for some of her stickier situations. She generally has real trouble with getting dressed, teethbrushing, general self care issues before we even attempt to go out!!!! Thanks. My email is nat.lawrence@ntlworld.com

Getting dressed is a biggy as is all self care issues the problem is she gets very upset/angry etc when discussing these so I don't quite know how to go about it. If you have any re dressing or toileting to start with that would be great.

Also if you have any re going out to places generally - maybe shops? not sure if you have anything like this.
